About the Role
As a Level 2 Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-level technical support and maintaining client satisfaction. You’ll handle escalated issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and support our team by mentoring Level 1 technicians. Your technical expertise will help keep our clients’ systems secure and efficient, allowing them to focus on their business goals.

Handling Escalated Issues

Serve as the primary contact for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Mentor Level 1 technicians, sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting.
Enhancing Client Systems and Security

Perform advanced configurations on systems and virtual environments, ensuring they align with client needs.
Proactively monitor security, conduct threat analysis, and implement data protection strategies.
Optimizing Client Networks

Configure network and firewall settings to optimize client performance and security.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and help clients achieve a stable, reliable network.
Data Protection and Recovery

Oversee data backup solutions, perform audits, and manage recovery efforts when necessary.
Conduct disaster recovery exercises, helping clients understand and prepare for data recovery processes.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

Document troubleshooting processes and configurations, contributing to our internal knowledge base.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, keeping the team updated on best practices and new developments.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years in a similar IT support role, preferably in a managed services environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with advanced troubleshooting, network management, and security.

Familiarity with various IT support, monitoring, and documentation platforms.
